2026 Tryouts
Athletes will not be allowed on the diamond unless this form is filled out, $25 Cash is paid and a permission to play form submitted if needed.

London Lightning Fastball is a competitive fastball program in London ON.  Our goal is to field the best team possible each year with skilled, coachable players that are eager to learn, play and have fun.  Players that are selected for the 2026 season will be contacted by the Head Coach in September.  In the event that more tryouts are required we will continue our tryout process during Winter Workouts in January 2026.  For players that accept a position from a Coach, commitment fees will be due September 30, 2025 and the Coach will provide you with information regarding registration which will be available online this Fall.  2026 Fees will be determined in October 2025 at our Annual AGM.
NEW MEMBERS TO THE LONDON LIGHTNING BOARD OF DIRECTORS ARE ALWAYS WELCOME

2025 Tryout Fee's have been held at $25.  Please bring your $25 in the form of CASH to the first tryout.

If an athlete played for Competitive level PWSA association other than Lightning in 2025, a signed PWSA Permission to Play form must be supplied prior to trying out.  Links to the form are on our Website under Resources and or TRYOUT TAB
I acknowledge my or my child’s voluntary participation in the London Lightning Fastball 2026 Season. I understand that while participating, there is a risk of injury. I understand that such an injury can range from minor to major injury. I hereby waive any and all claims, causes of action, right to entitlements, suites or damages against the London Lightning Fastball Association, including any and all employees, agents or representatives, as a result of, or in conjunction with my participation during this 2026 season. I also waive any and all claims to any other services, uniforms, equipment, medical or training services and the like. I verify that I have no physical disabilities, impairments or chemical dependencies that inhibit my participation in softball sport activities. I do not know of any medical reasons why I should not participate in softball. I hereby accept and assume the risk of injury and understand the possible consequence of such injury up to and including death.
