Lightning U17 Red Sweeps Opening Weekend
Lightning U17 Red swept their opening weekend games with dominant pitching, solid defense and and a potent offense.
Mother's Day weekend proved to be a great gift for all of the amazing Mothers of our U17 Red team as Lightning won all 5 games this weekend. Wins over Kitchener Black (8-3), Tavistock Black (7-1) and Huron Perth (13-4) on a blustery Saturday were followed with mercy wins over Brantford and Guelph on Sunday under sunny skies.
