Squirt win silver at Port Perry!
Congratulations to the Squirt team on earning silver at the 2018 Port Perry Angels tournament. A strong 3-1 record through round robin play earned the team a semi-final berth where they dispatched the host Port Perry Angels 06 team 4-0 in a fantastic 7 inning game, our first of the season. That left a tough championship match-up against the vaunted Aurora Diggers 06 squad, who defeated our girls in round robin plan. Little changed as our opponents, who have to be in the conversation for a medal this year at A championships, brought dominant pitching and a solid lineup for a 9-0 victory, leaving our girls extremely proud with silver medals. Well done, Squirt!
